The TRX represents an essential tool in the conditioning process to develop increased levels of specific and usable strength and power. The TRX requires stability and balance along with concentration workouts (ie. seated squats on the leg press machine).

The TRX suspension training presents a new element of challenge. The TRX involves eight important principles applicable to the TRX user’s strength–to-mass ratio.
