The AfterShok Boot camp is like
any other boot camp around.We offerover
4,000 sq ft. of functional training. The AfterShok workshop leads you through
several intensities, strength and cardio exercises (no machines involved).
AfterShok's objective is to actually "shock" your body mentally and
physically. The workout is never the same and we create several functional
exercises to "kick your butt"! If you are worried about burning
calories ....DON'T! The workout moves quickly taking you from exercise to the
next without little or no rest. Take breaks when you need to, but try to keep
your heart rate up. Many of the moves are advanced, so modify whenever necessary
to stay safe and avoid injury. We introduce you to the new era of the ultimate
