Boot Camp focuses on maximizing physical and mental competence in several fitness domains, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance and accuracy. What makes the Aftershok Boot Camp different from other Boot Camp programs is that we offer three different types of flooring that provide low impact on the joints, astroturf, dense foam and versa court. Aftershok Boot Camp uses the Laws of Functionality to create a program which offers a full body workout.

Youth Conditioning $18.00 Walk Ins, $150.00 (10) Sessions, $250.00 (20) Sessions

Aftershok offers individual sessions that are open to ages that don't want training in a group atmosphere, each individual is put on a program that is based on the P.A.S.S. (Power, Agility, Strength, Speed) program philosophy. Each session is closely monitored by certified trainer with a focus on functionality. The individual sessions are offered in packages that can be used as an open end policy.
