Combine Circuit Training
The AfterShok program will aso test the athlete in the area of agility, speed
and core strength. The combine will include the following:
- Agility ladder
- Low hurdles
- Speed parachutes
- 360 shaw resistance band
- Speed launch resistance band
- Power resistance bands
- Power boxes-jumping, leaping skills
Speed training is another key tool to be used in the development
