Aftershok Sport Conditioning is a unique program that systemically, persistently and tenaciously addresses the issue of self-esteem while incorporating training and conditioning specific to the type of sport.

Aftershok operates four periodized training cycles per year, with each training cycle running in ten-twelve week intervals.

Each individual training session is approximately 55 or 75 minutes long. Sessions will include a well balanced conditioning program.
