The AfterShok program will aso test the athlete in the area of agility, speed and core strength. The combine will include the following:

  • Agility ladder
  • Low hurdles
  • Speed parachutes
  • 360 shaw resistance band
  • Speed launch resistance band
  • Power resistance bands
  • Power boxes-jumping, leaping skills

Speed training is another key tool to be used in the development
