Aftershok Boot Camp
This boot camp workout leads you through several intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning lots of calories. The workout moves quickly, taking you from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. Take breaks when you need to, but try to keep your heart rate up. Many of these moves are advanced, so modify whenever necessary to stay safe and avoid injury. We introduce you to the Center for Core Performance Aftershok Bootcamp. We will teach you how to move with purpose.
Focuses on maximizing physical and mental competence in several fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance and accuracy. What makes the aftershok boot camp different then other boot camp programs is that we offer three different types of flooring ( approx 4,000 sq) that provide low impact on the joints (astro turf, Dense foam and versa court). Aftershok boot camp uses the law of functionality to create a program which offers a full body workout. Come out and challenge yourself to a workout that is like no other.
